These are fairly poor estimates for the real values in the cell. When the fit is complete, the values for Rp, Cf, and Ru should be unchanged from the previous fit (close to 3010, 1e-6, and 200 respectively). The value for L should be quite small: around 1e-10. Its percentage uncertainty is quite large.
