Purpose: The IARRAY class describes a waveform that is generated from a defined vector while in the Galvanostat mode

The current applied to the cell is determined by a user-defined vector. The object encapsulates information about the VectorSignal, SignalRepeats, SampleRate, Cycles, and Bias.
