Type: INSTANCE FUNCTION
Purpose: Finds the optimum voltage-range of the current channel to maximize the resolution of the A/D converter.
Takes into account a higher-than-normal measurement frequency.
Usage: Range = Pstat.TestIchRangeAC(Voltage, Frequency)
