Purpose: The VARRAY class describes a waveform that is generated from a defined vector while in the Potentiostat mode

The voltage applied to the cell is determined by a user-defined vector. The object encapsulates information about the Vector Signal, Signal Repeats, Sample Rate, Cycles, and Bias.
