Galvanostatic Purpose

This is a general-purpose experimental technique which can be used to either charge a battery or discharge a battery or cell. Like other Electrochemical Energy scripts, this script allows you to set Stop At conditions for ending the experiment.

This is a half-cell, full-cell, stack, or dual-electrometer experiment. Dual-electrometer mode is only available with the Interface 5000.
