Open Secondary Raw Charge Discharge Data

When running a cyclic charge-discharge experiment, you have the option to save raw data. When you choose this option, additional data files for each charge and discharge step are saved. These files are identical to the data files created by running charge and discharge experiments. Secondary files are saved to a sub-subfolder of the main data file’s path. This command is used to quickly gain access to those secondary data files. Overlaying multiple secondary files can be very useful in making comparisons between the various steps of a cyclic charge-discharge experiment.

This command is only available when viewing a cyclic charge-discharge data file and the corresponding secondary data files are present.

Procedure

  1. Select the Open Secondary Raw Charge Discharge Data command from the menu. The File Open dialog box appears.
  2. To open a single secondary file, select the file and click open, or double-click the file and the file is opened in a new window. If you select multiple files, the Multiple Files Selected window opens, providing you with the option of overlaying the selected files or opening each file separately.
