Enable or disable the ChronoC termination limits.
There are two limiting conditions upon which a curve may prematurely terminate:

Q > Limit |
The Over criterion is used to limit a positive charge. The Under criterion limits a negative charge.
These conditions may be individually enabled and disabled.
