Allow selection of an ECM8 multiplexer in a Setup() dialog box. The selected ECM8 will be associated with the class ECM8 object following a call to ECM8.Open().
The ECM8 object is displayed as a set of "radio buttons":

Only one radio button can be selected at a time. You may modify the setting by selecting any of the labeled buttons. If an ECM8 number is unavailable, the corresponding button is visible but unlabeled.
