Allow selection of an IMX8 multiplexer in a Setup() dialog box. The selected IMX8 will be associated with the class IMX object following a call to IMX.Open().
The IMX object is displayed as a set of "radio buttons":

Only one radio button can be selected at a time. You may modify the setting by selecting any of the labeled buttons. If an IMX8 number is unavailable, the corresponding button is visible but unlabeled.
