Used to avoid premature stopping of a curve because of noise creating a false reading for a StopAt test.
Requires StopAt criterion be met for a number of data points (N) before the curve stops. The parameter N can be individually set for each StopAt test. This function sets the delay for the AIMin stop test. The criterion must be met for N points consecutively before the criterion is accepted. One point missing the criterion limit resets the N point counter.
