Type: INSTANCE FUNCTION
Purpose: Finds the optimum voltage range of the voltage channel to maximize the resolution of the A/D converter.
Takes into account a higher-than-normal measurement frequency.
Usage: Range = Pstat.TestVchRange (Voltage, Frequency)
