Click the Run Sequence button to execute the current user-defined sequence. The sequence is saved and an Explain™ script is generated. Framework™ runs this Explain script like a normal experiment. Unless you have steps included which require manual input, the script runs unattended.
To run the same sequence multiple times on different instruments, open the Sequence Wizard again (CTRL+W) and click the Run Sequence button again. Repeat this for each instrument. Alternatively, you can select the script from the most recently used list in Framework's Experiment menu.
