General Description of DC Corrosion
The DC Corrosion software provides a modern set of tools for DC electrochemical corrosion testing. DC Corrosion offers a unique combination of flexibility, power, and ease of use. The software runs under the Gamry Framework™, which in turn runs under the Microsoft Windows® 7, 8, and 10 operating systems. The software gives you all the standard electrochemical corrosion experiments at the click of a button. But when a standard test isn’t enough, you can create new tests using our Explain™ script language. Manipulate data and display them using the Gamry Echem Analyst™. You can use the DC Corrosion software with any of the following Gamry Instruments’ potentiostat/galvanostat/ZRAs:
- PC5™
- Reference 600 and 600+, Reference 30k Booster
- Interface 1000A, 1000B, and 1000E, Interface 1010T, 1010E, 1010B, Interface 3000, Interface 5000, 5000P, and 5000E
- FAS2™
