Description
Depending on the potentiostat's tier, not all experiments may be available for use. Specific experiment groups can be unlocked by upgrading the instrument's tier.
The instrument tier is listed in the Device Info section within the Gamry Instrument Manager. Click the Change Tier button to upgrade an instrument between Framework revisions or when purchasing an instrument upgrade.

1.Click the Change Tier button. A pop-up box appears asking you to proceed. If you have the Authorization Code available, click Yes.
2.The Authorization Code Entry window appears with a drop-down Tier menu and the Authorization Code field.
3.Choose the package to upgrade in the Package menu and enter the corresponding ten-digit Authorization Code. The Authorization Code is provided by Gamry Instruments.
Click OK to confirm.
4.A status box opens and the instrument restarts at the upgraded tier.
