This tree-view presents the various steps and experiments available for creating or editing a sequence in the Sequence Wizard. These steps are groups into categories that align with the experiment groups within the Experiment menu. Some groups offer new tools and features to control your hardware and add sequencing functionality. You can expand and collapse each group by pressing the
or
button.
The experiment steps are similar to the standard experiments in the Framework software. See each experiment's respective description in the Experiment section for more information on the experimental setup parameters. |
The symbols associated with each step vary based on its specific function. Refer to the table below for details:
